SURFACE DETAILS IN MECHANICAL PARTS
All the details of the cast parts are reviewed and the conformity of all profiles is checked, in order not to cause any problems in the subsequent assembly stages, it ensures compliance with the production documents.

METAL ORGANIZATION PROCESS
It is the process applied to metal parts when it is necessary to seal cast parts. We do the application in the vacuum environment of the special resin, in accordance with civil and military standards and under pressure, with tightness tests.

INTERMEDIATE CONTROL
We ensure that quality / certificate documents are created after the checks of every part that has been cast and machined, surface processes have been completed, chemical coating and painting processes have been completed. When requested, we deliver these documents to the customer together with the products.

LEAKAGE REQUIREMENTS AND TESTS
Döküm parçalarda sızdırmazlık sağlanması istendiğinde; her parça su havuzlarında, basınç altında sızdırmaz olduğu test edilerek sonraki işlemlere sevk edilmektedir.
